Serve as a Strategic Advisor for early stage and start up biopharmaceutical companies
Partner with CEO, senior management and other key stakeholders

Develop pre-commercial strategy regarding of all aspects related to building a commercial organization or developing a “commercial ready” drug
Refine mid to long term corporate strategy with a focus on commercial aspects and how these will impact the overall strategy
Prepare presentations for senior management, BOD and investors that reflect the appropriate and relevant messages and content for each specific audience
Provide input (another set of eyes), from a senior management perspective, on existing commercial strategy, forecast, budgets, etc
Build early forecast and budget models for BOD, investors and internal strategy
Review functional roles and timing guidance for hire of all commercial related personnel
Create comprehensive launch plan incorporating all cross functional roles
